How to Apply

Congratulations. You have taken the first step in exploring an exciting and challenging future with Etisalat. Although employment applications can be received at any of our locations, an online application is highly recommended for faster review and processing. Information is provided in English and Arabic throughout the website. However, all CV/Resume and registration data must be entered in English only.

Now you need to know How to apply ?

Step #1 : Register with etisalat-careers.ae
Before you can apply online for a position or training program, you will need to create a user id. To do so, please click on New User on the left menu. Once you have successfully created a user id, you will receive a confirmation from etisalat-careers.ae in the email address that you specified while creating the user id. The confirmation email contains an activation code. You will need this code to activate your user id.

Important: you must supply a valid and accurate email address during the registration process. This email is the only means with which Etisalat Careers can communicate with you initially.

Step #2 : Activate your account
Activating the account is required to avoid unnecessary tracking, storing and processing of applications with invalid email addresses. To activate your account, click on Activate Account on the left menu. In the Account Activation screen, enter your user id and the activation code.

Step #3 : Build Your Resume
Now that you have an activated user id and password, you can login through the left menu, and build your resume. Note that your resume will be accessible to you only until such time as you choose to apply for a specific position or training program. A number of items are required on the Resume before you can apply for a position or training program. Try to be as thorough as possible in providing information. You can preview your resume at any time.

Step #4 : View Vacancies / Training Programs / Direct Recruit
Now that you have a resume ready, you can view vacancies, either by listing all, or by searching through the vacancies for specific key words or locations. If you are a UAE national, you can also view training programs for a suitable track or you can apply for the Direct Recruit program

Step #5 : Interest List
As you view a vacancy of interest, you may add to it to your Interest List. This list is only accessible by you. The interest list feature has been provided so you may short list positions that you are interested in before applying.

Step #6 : Applying for a position or training program
To apply for a specific vacancy or a training program, simply click on the Apply button next to the item. It is only at this point that your resume will be sent to Human Resources Recruitment as an application for that specific position or training program.

Important: Take note of the application number supplied to you upon application. You will need it as a reference number for further enquiries and/or correspondence.

Step #7 : Checking Status
After you have applied, you may come back to this site to view the status of your application.
